Lisa founded Stripes in 2022 with the goal of helping others build a network of women in the medical technology space. Her goal with Stripes is to empower and support women in medtech by sharing their collective knowledge, experience, and resources to help them achieve success, balance, and fulfillment in their personal and professional lives.
Lisa's recent roles include Vice President of Commercial Strategy at Moon Surgical and Vice President of U.S. Sales at Accelus, where she built a sales team from the ground up post-merger and aligned innovative robotic navigation platforms and expandable implant products to ortho and neuro spine surgeons. She led her team to increase sales revenue from $17M in 2020 to $26M in 2021 and $40M in 2022. As the Director of Sales, East, at Joimax, Lisa grew her territory to ultimately account for over 40% of the company’s entire sales revenue by expanding the organization’s footprint to target underserved areas.
In addition to her sales leadership roles, Lisa is also a member of Chief, a platform designed for women in the C-Suite, senior executives, and accomplished VPs to strengthen their leadership, magnify their influence, and pave the way to bring others with them.

Brandy Craig Druesedow is a highly experienced and accomplished marketing leader with expertise in branding, integrated communications, public relations, events, and digital marketing.
Brandy currently serves as Sr. Director of Marketing for Accelus and has held several senior marketing positions throughout her career, including Senior Director of Marketing Operations and Communications for TissueTech and Director of Commercial Marketing, Communications, and Brand Management for OrthoSensor. Brandy was also responsible for launching Zimmer's Persona Knee System and played an integral role in the rebranding of St. Jude Medical, a Fortune 500 company, which was sold to Abbott for $25 billion. Additionally, Brandy was responsible for the initial branding, PR, and marketing for Mako Surgical, an orthopedic robotic startup sold to Stryker for $1.65 billion.
Brandy graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism with an Emphasis in Public Relations and a Minor in Marketing from Arkansas State University and received her MBA from the University of Saint Thomas School of Business.
